Madeline Milby | Coach + Mentor
Madeline Milby brings a deep passion for the game and years of experience as both a player and coach to e n s o Soccer Club. She began playing soccer at the age of four and quickly developed a love for the sport. Throughout her youth career, she trained under Director Jenny Lawlor, playing nearly half of her club years under her guidance. Her dedication and skill led her to compete at the collegiate level, playing at both NCAA Division I and Division II programs, where she continued to refine her technical abilities and understanding of the game. Beyond college, Madeline has competed at the semi-professional level in the Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL) for the past five years. Competing at this level has given her valuable insight into the demands of high-level soccer and the importance of technical skills, mental toughness, and teamwork—all of which she strives to instill in the athletes she coaches. Madeline earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree, further solidifying her commitment to education and personal development. She believes that her academic journey, combined with her experience in high-level athletics, allows her to connect with and mentor student-athletes both on and off the field. With over six years of experience coaching, Madeline’s philosophy revolves around technical development, teamwork, and mental health awareness. She believes that strong technical fundamentals are the foundation for success in soccer, but just as important is fostering a positive and resilient mindset in her players. Madeline is also a proud member of Morgan’s Message, a nonprofit\ organization dedicated to eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health in student-athletes. During her college years, she helped co-found a chapter, working to create a safe space for athletes to openly discuss mental health challenges, seek support, and break the silence surrounding mental wellness in sports. Morgan’s Message strives to ensure that mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health, advocating for accessible resources and open conversations about the pressure’s student-athletes face. Her passion for coaching extends beyond the field, as she is committed to helping young athletes grow not only as players but as individuals. She strives to shape them into the best versions of themselves, supporting them in reaching their athletic and personal goals while fostering confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love for the game.

Dominic Cota | Coach + Mentor
Soccer has been a lifelong passion of mine—I started playing at age five and, at 44, I’m still on the field. Growing up in the Temecula Valley, I played for the original Temecula Soccer Club with the Temecula Pirates and Murrieta Hawks, eventually merging into TMSC Hawks. I also had the honor of representing Temecula Valley High School, where my love for the game deepened.
With over six years of coaching experience, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring young athletes as a Head Coach with AYSO, working with teams from ages 6-13. My coaching philosophy focuses on skill development, teamwork, and fostering a true passion for the game, creating an environment where players can thrive both on and off the field.
I’m excited to be part of e n s o Soccer Club and look forward to helping players reach their full potential.
